1. USER INFORMATION

Team 7 Real Estate Management Group S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The planned processing operations are:

• In the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis and processing requests made by the USER.

Data will be stored for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing or for as long as legal obligations require. Once no longer necessary, the data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required or when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the required confidentiality and data processing agreements.

The USER has the following rights:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and limitation or objection to its processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).

2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*), the USER expressly, freely and unequivocally accepts that their data is necessary for processing their request. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service. If not all data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services will be fully adapted to the USER’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions, applying the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
